1. General: Jain Enterprises is a retail store based in Kandivali West, Mumbai selling stainless steel kitchenware, home appliances, fashion apparel and imitation jewellery under Maa Royal, Maa Fashion, Maa Jewellers.

2. Product Pricing & Availability: All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated. Product images are for representation. Stainless steel products like Vinod Pressure Cooker, Sarita Chospen, Cello Hot Pot, Masala Dabba – actual color/finish may vary slightly. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or pricing error.

3. Orders: Once order is placed, you will receive confirmation on email/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to verify orders above Rs. 5000 via phone call.

4. Intellectual Property: Our logo “JE Jain Enterprises – Enchant Your Brand” and all product creatives are our property.

5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for misuse of products. For pressure cookers, please follow safety instructions provided in the box.

6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by laws of India, jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
