Cancellation: You can cancel before dispatch by calling 80978 36026. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery ONLY if:

• Product is defective / damaged / wrong product received
• Unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• You have unboxing video proof

We DO NOT accept returns for: Used steel utensils, Fashion products after removing tag, Jewellery due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Refund Process: Once return is picked up and quality checked at our Kandivali store, refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to original payment method. For COD, refund will be via bank transfer.

Exchange: Exchange available for size issues in Fashion category within 7 days. Shipping for exchange to be borne by customer.
